This disclosure notice summarizes key commercial information for Nutrikoda. Nutrikoda provides digital software services for dietitians, nutritionists, and nutrition clinics. Customers purchase access to software features and subscription-based services, not physical goods.
Nutrikoda is a software platform used for client onboarding, nutrition workflow management, meal planning, progress tracking, notes, and subscription operations.
Nutrikoda may offer a free plan with limited usage, and paid plans with broader feature access or higher usage limits. Plan details shown on the pricing page control the available features and limits for each plan.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis unless otherwise stated. The billing cycle, renewal terms, and total charge are shown before checkout is completed.
You can cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for, unless otherwise required by law.
Refund handling is governed by the Refund / Cancellation Policy. Charges for a billing period that has already started are generally not refunded except where required by law or where Nutrikoda confirms a duplicate, unauthorized, or technically incorrect charge.
